4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order using the courier’s website or through your HS Mart account.

5. Delivery Issues

• If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

If your package is lost in transit:

• We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
